A former police officer and public manager, Dr. Souryal has taught public administration, organization theory and police management courses at the University of Wisconsin and Sam Houston State University. John T. He has taught courses in corrections, criminal justice ethics, and the death penalty.
His current book projects are a book on teaching and a book on human relations in law enforcement.
