New hampshire vacation property search

Hi prices are cheap relatively but there are a lot of rentals up there and most of them are dated. Personally I would buy whatever properties can cash flow that are unique and attractive to renters.

I have a log cabin and people love the feel and atmosphere. It's 4 years old so it is brand new which people want. The one I am buying now has been remodeled as a huge yard and is walking distance to everything in the village. It will rent.

If you get into it you have to differentiate yourself from everyone else. Below is my current listing with my property manager As my cohost. As far as maintenance there are some really good companies that handle plowing mowing etc. I have also built up contacts in the area for plumbing etc. I also have a property on cape cod and rent that out as well. I've been considering the area as well and am in initial phases of research and am wondering if purchase- is the area better for long term tenants or shorter stints. Any info.
