The subject, Stephen Chester Lewandowski, age 34, of Eugene, next door at the credit union. He was charged with two counts of Theft in the Third Degree. Officers found Kukus had property belonging to the victim in his backpack. At the Jail, Kukus was also found to in possession of methamphetamine. Police responded to Walmart regarding a theft suspect who was leaving the parking lot in a white van, and observed the involved vehicle driving east on W.
Police contacted the driver of the vehicle, Robert Alan Sledge, age 57, of Eugene and the passenger Natasha Ariane Hargrove, age 36, of Eugene, and received information that Hargrove was observed leaving the store with several items and had previously been trespassed from the location. During the investigation, police found that both subjects were in possession of meth.
Police responded to the location regarding a male subject in a truck who was unresponsive. Police contacted the subject, Kyle David Debarros, age 22, of Eugene, and found information to arrest him for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Heroin. Officers were sent to Duck Bar and Grill after a woman, later identified as Courtney Nicole South, age 29, of Eugene, had left without paying for her bill the prior evening and was back at the bar running a tab. The prior evening the bar had arranged for a cab to take South home if she agreed to come back and pay her bill. When she was observed back in the bar with another open tab and unable to pay the tab from the prior day as well as the new tab, the bar called police. An officer contacted South and provided her time to pay her bills. She was unable to pay the bills and was taken into custody, and became uncooperative and kicked a bar chair.
She pulled against the officer and refused to walk, forcing officers to have to lift her and partially carry her to the patrol car. She was admonished about resisting. She continued to resist and was charged with Resisting Arrest and Theft 3.
Coastal Farm called reporting a woman stole clothing and fled without paying. The suspect, later identified as Lisa Erinna Galligan, age 30, of Creswell, was last seen running west towards Sheppard Motors. Employees at that location saw Galligan drop a bag and hop the razor wire fence and continue running. A K9 united searched and located Galligan behind a shed near Consignment International. She was compliant and taken into custody without incident and charged with Theft 2. Officers were called to investigate a crash between a vehicle driven by a year-old Eugene woman, and a year-old male bicyclist from Eugene.
Medics transported the man to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The driver, in a Toyota Tacoma had been going eastbound on E. The bicyclist was cited for not having a bike light. A man and woman were trespassing at the location in the back parking lot island area. When contacted, Dort was found to have a warrant. He was taken into custody on the warrant and also charged with Use of Marijuana in Public, and Criminal Trespass 2. He had been the subject of calls for services regarding aggressive panhandling and disorderly conduct.

Officers arranged to intercept Eldridge with the parts and arrest him. He was found to also have heroin. Eldridge was charged with Possession of Heroin and Theft I-sales.
An officer was sent to report of an assault. Schultz pulled a bandanna out of his pocket and threw it on the ground and then later retrieved it when he found the library was closed. Schultz is reported to have approached the victim again with a different bandanna wrapped around one of his hands. The victim made a remark and Schultz sprayed him in the face with pepper spray, pushed him up against the building, and then kicked him. Another man across the street yelled at Schultz to leave the victim alone and the victim left. Officers arrested Schultz. Officers were conducting a patrol check at Royal, which is a vacant house that is boarded up and has a long history of people trespassing in and outside of the residence.
The house is posted with a No trespassing sign in the front window and there is a valid letter of trespass on file. Officers found Galen John Kovach, age 51, on the porch. He was cited in lieu of custody for Criminal Trespass 2. Officers were responding to a verbal dispute and one of the subject, Pharaoh Dezman Kairell Dickerson, age 21, was refusing to leave the location.
