I had Royal Mail try to explain this amazing fact to me as justification that they hadn't really lost a parcel I sent. When I've been expecting a parcel, often it doesn't show as delivered until several days after it was actually delivered. I posted a parcel 2nd class signed for on the 28th and six days later it's still only showing as posted, according to the tracker it hasn't even left my local post office yet.

I've no idea where it really is, but apparently a lot of parcels get stolen from that post office so I'm starting to worry a bit. Work out when your post was due
The trackers are hardly updated! Total waste of time! Complaint resulted in "Sorry, put in a claim" but these are documents "worth" nothing but a complete pain to replace. Rather makes a mockery of their claim "All our overseas services are safe and reliable. But when you want to send something overseas quickly and need some extra peace of mind, our three Tracking and Signature services could be the answer.

Track your Royal Mail couriers. Simple & Easy!
I have had suppliers re sent only for those never to arrive. Spoke to a postman who said that they were so overwhelmed that they were only delivering tracked items. Some of my items are over 2 weeks late.

Contacting Royal Mail is hopeless I spent 30 minutes on the phone yesterday but no answer. Will try to buy in future from sources who dont use Royal Mail deliveries. Juan Rodriguez. People stay away from this shipping carrier!!!!!

I had ordered between Sep and Oct from one company 5 packages and out of 5 only 2 were delivered and 3 went missing. I then requested the label not to leave with neighbours service provided by Royal Mail to protect myself better from Royal Mail, I am now awaiting parcel which is already a day delayed, lets see if they will still use the left with neighbour card again now that I have the label on my letter box - already package a day missing, this does not happen with another couriers company.
