The Legislature convenes for its first regular session on the first Wednesday of December, following the general election. The statutory adjournment date for the first regular session is the third Wednesday in June. The second regular session begins on the first Wednesday after the first Tuesday of January in the subsequent even-numbered year, and has a statutory adjournment date of the third Wednesday in April.

Black or African American. American Indian and Alaska Native. Anyone have any ideas on where to go to meet people? I'm a 31yr old native Mainer and have exactly 0 friends. I realized in my early 20s that everyone my age and older already had all the friends they needed or wanted so I was shit out of luck. Now I just have coworkers that will very occasionally exchange friendly chitchat while we work. But I know better than to expect the friendliness to at all extend past punch-out time. Yep, this is Maine. I have family members who haven't spoken to their neighbors When I moved away from Maine I realized how much friendlier people were to each other.
Much more of a clandestine type thing going on. I'm a 50yr old native Mainer that left Maine for college and came back before I turned thirty and I have several friends. None of them are from Maine, and some of them don't even live in Maine.
